Adele promised an investigation last night into how a fan was left bloodied when a chain, apparently attached to a lighting rig, fell and hit the concertgoer.
The accident happend while the Someone Like You singer was performing at the Hydro in Glasgow on Friday night.
According to reports, the fan was left "covered in blood" and had to be rushed to hospital. At least one fan was said to be injured.

Adele was apparently unaware of the incident and only learnt what had happened after her performance.
She later tweeted: "I'm so sorry to hear that someone got hurt at my show tonight. It's being investigated to ensure it won't happen again. X"
Many fans also appear not to have noticed the incident - neither did it dampen their enjoyment of the gig.
One fan, Juan Fernando, tweeted: "Thank you @Adele for your great concert in Glasgow. I hope see you again! Thank you very very much. You're the best!"

An SSE Hydro spokesperson said a chain fell, striking the concert goer.
The spokeswoman said: "A chain belonging to the production came down and hit one person who was taken to hospital as a precaution. We are liaising with the production crew to ascertain what happened. This is all we know at this stage."
Adele was performing the first of two shows at the 13,000 capacity venue.
Her two-hour set included hits such as Hello, Someone Like You and Skyfall as well as humorous anecdotes.
