Should Raheem Sterling leave Liverpool and which club is the best fit for him? Do Arsenal need to sign a new striker? -

If Sterling leaves Liverpool, which club would be a good fit? Could he play abroad? Adam, Harlow
With the Premier League becoming increasingly wealthy, it’s no surprise that British players tend to stay here. I don’t think Sterling would go abroad, though he’s certainly got the talent to play there.
He has fantastic pace and control in his game and he travels with the ball so well. He needs to improve in front of goal and I think he would certainly get that at Arsenal with Arsene Wenger.
If everyone was fit at Chelsea then I'm not sure he would get into Jose Mourinho’s side but City could be an option. They have all sorts of options but nobody seems to have nailed down a spot on the flanks. Navas has blistering pace but Sterling would offer that with better link play. He would certainly enjoy playing alongside David Silva and Sergio Aguero. And with financial fair play looking like it will be eased, the timing is good – City would not have to worry about transfer fees or wages.
This morning Sterling was linked with a move to United but it would take a brave man to cross that divide.
Of course United are looking to rebuild but with Ashley Young have a good season and Memphis Depay coming in, you wonder whether United have already secured those options and might be better served buying an out and out centre forward.
